Doing the detox antiinflammatory super smoothies. About todays smoothie I was just looking around to see what fruits and veggies there was in the house to clean the shelves for going shopping soon. So I decided to go by color. There is so many colors to choose from and sometimes I eat more purple I think, than green, but I went with the yellow / orangey today. This smoothie is super healthy, pineapple is kind of amazing as a super fruit cleansing the body and turmeric is awesome, has to be in pair with black pepper to be better brought up by the body I heard. anyway google the properties of the anti-inflammatory properties it’s amazing what food can do to get you better!
a small orange
1/4 fresh pineapple
half a knob of turmeric
a good pinch black pepper grinded
about a deciliter water
Blended in the mixer for a while, and I have to say it was a good portion so it was great to go for 2 meals
Then I was trying to resist a bit of grinded vegan chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon to top it off
It was delicious!
